Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops (30 grams) of almonds (use unsoaked almonds or soak them for a creamier texture)

  • Pitted, chopped dates (three) or maple syrup (1-2 tablespoons), optional
  • Sea salt (a quarter teaspoon)
  • Vanilla extract (one tablespoon), optional

 

Directions:

Step 1: Add water up to the maximim line of the container.

Step 2: Add 30 grams or two 30ml scoops of almonds, not soaked.

Step 3: Optionally, add sweeteners such as 3 pitted, chopped dates or 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract for flavor.

Step 4: Select the JUICE function on your Plantesia device and let it run for 3 minutes. For a smoother milk with no residues, consider running two cycles of 3 minutes each.

Step 5: Enjoy your creamy fresh almond milk.

 

Additional Tips: For a richer and creamier almond milk, soak the almonds in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Adjust the sweetness to taste by adding more dates or maple syrup.
