Summary:

Soy milk is a nutritious, plant-based milk alternative known for its creamy texture and versatility. Ingredients:
  • Two 30ml scoops or 30 grams of yellow, dried, soaked, and peeled soybeans
  • Two to three pitted, chopped dates or 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • Half a tablespoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions:

Step 1: Fill your Plantesia Maker container with 600ml of water up to the maximum level indicator.

Step 2: Add 30 grams of soybeans.

Step 3: If desired, add natural sweeteners such as chopped dates or maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.

Step 4: Select the 'Soy Milk' function on your Plantesia device.

Step 5: Press start to initiate the process.

Step 6: Allow Plantesia to work its magic.

Additional Tips: To enhance the nutritional value and flavor, consider incorporating a bit of seaweed during the blending process, as it can introduce additional minerals.
