- Two 30ml scoops or 30 grams of yellow, dried, soaked, and peeled soybeans
- Two to three pitted, chopped dates or 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- Half a tablespoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions:
Step 1: Fill your Plantesia Maker container with 600ml of water up to the maximum level indicator.
Step 2: Add 30 grams of soybeans.
Step 3: If desired, add natural sweeteners such as chopped dates or maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
Step 4: Select the 'Soy Milk' function on your Plantesia device.
Step 5: Press start to initiate the process.
Step 6: Allow Plantesia to work its magic.
